Not at all. Crystallization is natural in raw honey. Place the jar in warm (not boiling) water to return it to liquid form.

Apparel and merch can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Food products (like honey) are non-returnable, but if there’s an issue, reach out—we’ll make it right.
