Processing Time
- Honey: Ships within 2–3 business days directly from our farm.
- Merch & Other Goods: Ship in 3–5 business days from our trusted partners.
Multiple Packages
Some items may arrive separately. For example, honey comes from our farm while apparel or drinkware may ship from our partners. Don’t worry—you’ll get a tracking email for each package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is 100% free on all orders—no minimums, no gimmicks.
Delivery Times
- U.S. orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days after shipping.
- Rural or remote areas may take a little longer.
Where We Ship
- Honey currently ships only within Illinois.
- Merch and gear ship to addresses anywhere in the United States.
🌱 Returns & Exchanges
Merch & Apparel
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Honey & Food Products
- Due to safety reasons, food items (like honey) are non-returnable.
- If there’s an issue with your honey order, please contact us—we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
🐴 How to Start a Return
- Email us at tinyassfarms@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll send return instructions (and a prepaid label if the return is our error).
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
