We want you to be happy with your order. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s how refunds and returns work at Tiny Ass Farm:


🌱 Returns & Refunds

Merch & Apparel

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Honey & Food Products

  • For safety reasons, food products (like honey) are non-returnable.
  • If your honey arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

🐴 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order shows up broken, defective, or not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and a photo so we can fix things quickly.
  • Depending on the situation, we’ll send a replacement or refund.

💳 Refund Timing

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

📩 How to Start a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at tinyassfarms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  2. If approved, we’ll send instructions (and a prepaid label if the issue is our fault).
  3. Once we receive your return (if required), we’ll process your refund promptly.
